What kind of amenities do you have in your rooms?
All rooms offer refrigerators, hair dryers, irons and ironing boards, individual heat and air conditioners, tub/shower baths.
Some have microwave ovens, and some have Jacuzzi tubs. We also offer adjoining rooms to accommodate larger parties.
Do you have Non-Smoking Rooms?
All rooms are non-smoking.
Do you have efficiencies?
Our rooms are not efficiencies, except the full kitchen we offer in the LeConte Suite and the Wilhelm House.
How do I get to Jack Huff’s Motor Lodge?

Where are you located in reference to downtown?
We are in the center of Gatlinburg. One mile from the entrance to Gatlinburg and one mile from the entrance to the Smokies. We are half a block from the Parkway, near the Village, Pancake Pantry and Ripley’s Aquarium. From the motel most of town is an easy five or ten minute walk.
Do you have rental cabins?
We offer the Wilhelm House and the Special Occasions room.
Do you have a pool or hot tubs?
There is an outdoor pool that is seasonally heated from April to September. It’s depths range from 3 feet to 8 feet. We have two indoor hot tubs that are open year-round.
Do you have Jacuzzis in you rooms?
Several of our rooms with king beds offer Jacuzzi tubs. Our Special Occasions room has a large (5x7) Jacuzzi.
Does your property have a Playground on site?
No, but we can direct you to several city parks with playgrounds.
Does your pool have a children’s area?
Yes, it is 1 ½ feet deep for little ones, and 3 feet deep for the more advanced kids. There is no lifeguard on duty.
How close are you to Ripley’s Aquarium?
Ripley’s is a half block from our motel.
How close are you to Dollywood and Splash Country?
Dollywood and Splash Country are approximately 7 miles away. You may also reach them by Trolley.
Does the Trolley come by your motel?
Yes. There is a trolley stop in front of the motel, and another on the corner of Cherokee Orchard and the Parkway.
What are your office hours?
7am until 11 pm
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, please see the Specials page on our website.
Is there an elevator?
Yes, and it is convenient to all rooms.
Do you have rooms for the physically challenged?
Yes with one queen-size bed.
Do you have meeting Rooms for Groups?
We can accommodate small groups for meeting. Please speak with the Manager regarding groups.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and debit cards.
